Guess what... no, not Africa anymore.. Unfortunately I got really sick after being one day home and moved to the Alps. Had to spend one week in the hospital (Malaria?) but when you look at this view (taken out of my room in the hospital), you'd agree that I cannot complain!

After a lot of trouble with our bus the whole week, he finally broke down on our last drive from Tsavo to Mombasa. That drive was an experience... the road had more holes than an "emmenthaler"-Cheese!!!

After a rainy night in Tsavo parc, we got stuck on the road and had to help push. Our driver was not experienced and it almost ended with an accident...

We travelled the 26th of december 2004, (tsunami in Phuket). Our plane was late and we had to do a turn and stop in istanbul. Landing in Africa, we just missed our next plane...luckily our travel agent organised a privat jet and we could fly directly to the amboseli parc.

At one logde, Zebras and other animals got really close to the dining room (outside) and while we were eating, we could watch the animals!!
